Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy

- Order will only be processed after taking the confirmation through SMS/ Whatsapp msg.

- In case of no response on the mentioned contact number of the customer, the order might get cancelled without any notice.

- Advance Payment of Rs 300 via easypaisa/ jazzcash will be taken for each order.

- Shipping Charges: Rs 249 (upto half kg), Rs 299 (upto one kg) & Rs 349 (upto 2 kg)

- Delivery of the orders take 3-7 working days, depending on your location. Your tracking number will be sent once your order gets processed.

- Please do not book any shipment for villages (Gaaoun, Tahseel, District, Chak). Only orders for main cities will be processed further for delivery. If you feel confused, contact us on whatsapp +92-345-3135794 for details.

- We have made sure to add every little detail about every product. Please make sure you read it carefully. Complains about size/ color/ design will not be entertained.

- Refund can only be applied if the product reaches to you in damaged condition by any chance. Contact us through whatsapp/ messenger with picture and it will definitely be sorted.
